Saturday, March 10th 4:30AM(to be ready before other volunteers arrive!)

Race Set up:
Saturday, March 10th 4:45AM
Early Check in       (For those of you available to arrive early and help with setup)

Check in for ALL volunteers is by 5:30AM on race day & check out is 10:30AM
**Volunteers are encouraged to wear some kind of fun “artsy” costume to celebrate our 10th Anniversary**

Student volunteers register by Friday, Februrary 10th will receive 6 hours of Community Service!
(EVERYONE is responsible for being at their position & keeping area clean 5:30AM 10:30AM)

Pavilion Events:
Saturday, March 10th 5:30AM
Traffic/Parking Guidance
On-Site Registration and Preregistration
T-shirt/packet distribution (walkers, runners, kids run)
Volunteer Check including Mural/Banners and Live Museum Check in
Food Distribution for race participants (Bagels, Oranges, and Donuts)
Food Distribution for volunteers
Donation Table
Continuous grounds clean up, breakdown and clean up starting at 5:30AM at pavilion

Race Route Events:
Saturday, March 10th 5:30AM
Route Guides –also to cheer on participants
2 Water Stations on route and 1 at finish
Performing Groups (Dance, Music, Theatre) Art Mural/Live Art Museum
Must be in place by 6:30 AM along the race route and return to pavilion for further duties
Continuous grounds clean up, breakdown and clean up starting at 6:00AM along race route
